The cupcake stand is handmade from the highest grade 12mm thick Poplar plywood. Each tier slots in place through the middle section of the stand. No glue or screws required to assemble, which makes it easy to transport to craft fairs and markets.
Plywood is very strong and durable, and is a much better quality wood than MDF. The elegant lines found on the edges of plywood are unique and provides a modern and stylish look. We make this stand from Poplar plywood, which is lighter than Baltic birch plywood, to make it easy to transport to markets and shows, whilst remaining strong and sturdy.
