Place an order for one of our personalised products in our online shop.
The purchase confirmation page and confirmation email will both include a link to our artwork upload page. You will then be able to securely upload your images directly to us.
We will ensure your images are suitable for printing, and work with you if they are not. We will provide you with a final proof for your review and approval.
Once approved, we will get to work personalising your artwork onto the product you have purchased.
Artwork Guidelines
To ensure we can provide you with the best quality and a quick turnaround, please ensure your artwork meets our guidelines. When we receive your order and the files you have uploaded, we review all of your image files to ensure they will print to the highest of quality. We will also provide you with a final proof for your review.
If we see any issues with your artwork or if we are missing a file, we will notify you before proceeding to print. We will place your order on hold until we have a response.

Adobe Photoshop (.psd or .tif)
Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)
Acceptable File Formats
Aim for an image resolution of 300dpi at 100% actual finished print size, to ensure a good quality print.
Vector format is advisable if possible as this can be printed to any size.
Fonts should be embedded or converted to curves if submitting a PDF file.
Please provide tif & psd files in a flattened format. Unless you have taken our artwork design service.
We do not work with or accept Microsoft Word files or Powerpoint. Unless you have taken our artwork design service.
Images should be created in CMYK mode. A lot of digital images are JPEG files, and JPEGs are almost always in RGB.
Printers, regardless of their type, are unable to print in RGB and therefore an RGB image will be printed using CMYK colours. The colours in your printed product may vary slightly if you supplied your artwork in RGB.
Make sure this is the final version which you are happy to have printed.
We will not print any artwork which contains indecent or inappropriate images so please don’t include them.
Please be aware that printers, mobile devices and monitors will interpret and show colours differently. We cannot be held responsible for colours printing incorrectly due to errors in incorrectly supplied print files.
Design Instructions
Yes, we offer a design service for just £20.00. Please contact us before placing your order online. Once agreed and you have placed your order, you can then upload all your images, logo and text and we will create a design for you to approve or amend.
