Many products have shipping included to mainland UK in the sale price, and as such “Free Shipping” will be specified within the listing and the prices below do not apply.
For international shipments we are NOT collecting duties and import taxes and you will be liable for these duties when the parcel enters your country.
UK Royal Mail Standard - £3.90

Larger Parcels
As standard, we send larger parcels using a premium next day service with DHL Domestic Express. These are parcels that are too large to be sent with Royal Mail. We reserve the right to send with an alternative courier service.

International Customers
International Customers
We do not collect any applicable taxes and duties for you. You will need to pay duties when the item enters your country.
This service is only applicable if you have bought one of our compatible display products and require lettering or your logo adding to the item you have just purchased.
Personalisation options:

*Note: Laser will engrave a soft brown finish as it essentially burns the wood and won't appear pure black.
Please order one for every item you wish to be personalised (so if you order two display stands, both requiring personalisation, add two quantities of the Personalised Lettering and Logo Service). Likewise, if you would like two sides of one stand personalising, add two items to your shopping cart.

To ensure we can provide you with the best quality and a quick turnaround, please ensure your artwork meets our guidelines. When we receive your order and the files you have uploaded, we review your image file to ensure it is at the appropriate quality. We will also provide you with a final proof for your review and approval.
If we see any issues with your artwork we will notify you before proceeding to manufacturing. We will place your order on hold until we have a response.
Acceptable File Formats
- PNG or JPG / JPEG
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd or .tif)
- Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)
Guidance
- Aim for an image resolution of 300dpi at 100% actual finished print size, to ensure a good quality finish.
- Vector format is advisable if possible as this can be scaled to any size.
- Fonts should be embedded or converted to curves if submitting a PDF file.
- Please provide tiff & psd files in a flattened format.
- We do not work with or accept Microsoft Word files or PowerPoint.
- Make sure this is the final version which you are happy to submit.
- We will not use any artwork which contains indecent or inappropriate images so please don’t include them.
