This policy applies to UK consumers, and excludes customised, or personalised items.
Our returns policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we offer a 28-day returns window (14 days statutory + 14 days goodwill) for our standard range products from our website, returned unused and in resaleable condition. Any returned items must be in perfect condition, including all parts, and in the original packaging.
To return an item, please contact us via email or by using our online contact form, where we will confirm the return address and instructions. You are responsible for return postage for unwanted items.
If you return your items within the 28 day period, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. The refunded amount will be for the full value of the item purchased, excluding any postage fees paid.
Please note, the 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. Please see below regarding late returns.
Late Returns
If your items are returned to us outside of the 28 day period, then we’ll issue you with an eVoucher to the value of the item you purchased. Please note, any postage costs will not be refunded. This will be sent to you by email, to the email address you used when purchasing the returned item.
The 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address.
How to return your item?
To return an item, please contact us via email or by using our online contact form, where we will confirm the return address and instructions. It will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for return postage, and this cost will not be reimbursed. Please note any returns are sent at your own risk, and we cannot be held accountable for any loss or damaged items. Therefore, we recommend you return items with tracking and appropriate insurance.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received the returned item and checked its condition, we will issue the refund as per our returns policy. Where this is within our 28 day returns policy, a refund will be issue back to the card the original purchase was made from. This can take up to 3 working days for the bank to process the refund. Where the item is returned late, an eVoucher will be issued to the email address registered when making the original purchase.
How to use my eVoucher?
If your items have been returned to us outside of our returns policy, then we’ll issue you with a refund in the form of an eVoucher. The eVoucher can be used in in our online shop and must be used within 6 months from the date issued.
To use your eVoucher, simply enter the code in the “Gift or Discount Code” box at checkout. The item purchased must be to the same value, or greater, than the eVoucher, and does not apply to any postage costs. If the item is more than the value of the voucher, or postage costs apply, then the remaining cost can be paid for using the available payment methods at checkout.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item received
We’re sorry to hear your item isn’t as expected. If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, broken or incorrect item, please contact us via email, or by using our contact form, confirming the issue, along with any images where appropriate. We’ll then get in touch to provide an appropriate resolution.
Custom Made-to-Spec Products
Because these items are made to your individual specification, change-of-mind cancellations and returns do not apply once your custom order is confirmed, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
