Height

The height will automatically be calculated for you, depending on the number of shelves chosen and the gap between them. There is a maximum height of 81cm due to the way the main board slots into the base. If you need a higher board we can replace the base with feet.

Adjust the shelf gap to your requirements between 6cm to 22cm.

Layout preset (optional) ? Presets automatically fill in width, gap and shelf count. You can still adjust any values afterwards. Curved top ? Choose “Yes” for a rounded top. This increases the overall height and may go above the 81cm maximum height limit. Remove a shelf if this is the case.

What size are the shelves and grooves?

The shelves have a depth of 4cm. Grooves on each shelf are 4mm wide and cut 6mm deep. The grooves are positioned 3cm from the back board, which allows for cards to be placed in the groove and lean backwards against the main board. The groove on the base is also 4mm wide and cut 6mm deep, but positioned 3.5cm from the back board.

What is the typical production time?

Most custom stands take 7–10 working days to make from payment received, depending on workload and the complexity of your chosen options (curved top, engraving, painted finish, etc.). Once you submit your quote, we will provide you with our current lead times.

What material is the stand made from?

All stands are handcrafted from high-quality sustainable poplar plywood, chosen for its strength, light weight, and smooth finish. The display stand is coated with either a clear, durable, non-toxic wood finish or furniture grade paint.

Can I customise the engraving and how do I submit my image?

Yes — you can add names, logos, branding, or decorative patterns. Once you submit for a quote we will be in touch to request your image for engraving. Please provide a clear black-and-white PNG or SVG for best engraving results.

Do you offer other personalisation options besides laser engraving?

Yes, you can find more branding options here. If you would like an alternative branding option to the laser engraving, please provide details in the additional notes section and we will be in touch to discuss this with you.

What happens after I submit my quote request?

We review your configuration, check feasibility, and send a final quote — usually within 24 hours. You only proceed with payment once you're happy.

Can I make changes after submitting the form?

Yes — let us know any changes you would like to make and we will update the design and price. Changes are final only once payment has been made.
